RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All Candles by AnnaZ products are used at your own risk. Candles By AnnaZ does not accept any responsibility for any damage caused as a result of the misuse of its products.

We have a hassle free money back guarantee when it comes to customer satisfaction on products purchased from Candles By AnnaZ, which is the extent of our liability.

If you are not happy with your purchase – at any time, for any reason, just call 0416 177 884 or email candlesbyannaz@gmail.com for an exchange or full refund within 3 days of receipt.

If your order arrives less than perfect please provide a photo to candlesbyannaz@gmail.com so we can organise a replacement or refund. Alternatively you are welcome to bring the item to our workshop where it can be processed straight away. Please note we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges without proof of goods.

Can I cancel my order?

An order can only be cancelled up to the point it is despatched. We pride ourselves in despatching orders promptly, so to cancel please contact us immediately by emailing candlesbyannaz@gmail.com or call on 0416 177 884  before the goods have left our control.

If the order has already left our warehouse, you will receive an email advising you that your order has been despatched. After that point you will need to accept delivery and then return the order to us in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy above.
